Our Purpose
We are committed to excellence and helping organizations challenge their mindset and clarify their methods and commit to mastery. Mastery is not just about achieving, but about becoming—constantly evolving, refining our skills, and deepening our understanding. The more we know, the more we realize how much we don’t know. This realization fuels our drive to learn more, practice more, and dive deeper.
Our Story
For more than two decades, Mike Martyn and Jacob Raymer have played a pivotal role in shaping and advancing the Shingo Model. Their efforts have significantly enhanced the understanding of this model and its various elements, empowering organizations to better integrate them into their practices. Currently serving as Shingo Faculty Fellows, their primary focus is on broadening the scope of learning related to principles, transformation, and the Shingo Model.
Both Mike and Jacob have extensive experience in coaching, training, and consulting with organizations worldwide, utilizing their expertise to drive improvements and foster excellence across various industries. Both have played pivotal roles as primary architects in developing the Shingo courses, providing valuable training to individuals across the globe and contributing significantly to their widespread knowledge and understanding.
After spending years individually aiding organizations in lean transformation, Mike and Jacob both felt a need to redefine excellence, and have joined forces to address prevalent gaps and missed opportunities. TruMastery aims not to diminish the Shingo courses but to complement and advance them, providing organizations with the mindsets and methods they need to progress further.
